The Rally 64 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by DrivenVW / Driven Media Lab (“Sponsor”), located in Arizona. If applicable, participating promotional partners may include Doug’s Buggs & Bunnys and other named promotional partners listed on the official Sweepstakes page. Promotional partners are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes unless expressly stated.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor and any entities involved in the administration, promotion, or prize fulfillment of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.

The Sweepstakes begins on [6/20/26 12:00am MST] and ends on [11/25/26 12:00AM MST] (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Regardless of entry method, all eligible entries will have an equal chance of winning unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules.

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter for free by completing the official free entry form located at [DrivenVW.com ] and submitting all required information.

Limit: One free online entry per person/email address per day unless otherwise stated on the entry form.

Eligible individuals may also receive one (1) entry by subscribing to the DrivenVW newsletter through the official Sweepstakes page during the Sweepstakes Period, if offered as part of the promotion.

Entrants may receive bonus sweepstakes entries by making qualifying purchases from DrivenVW.com and or in person at DOUGS Buggs and Bunnys store and/or approved participating promotional partners listed on the Sweepstakes page during the Sweepstakes Period.

Unless otherwise stated on the Sweepstakes page:

• Entrants will receive five (5) bonus entries for every $10.00 spent on eligible purchases online and or instore.
• Shipping charges, taxes, refunded purchases, chargebacks, and canceled orders do not count toward bonus entries.
• Sponsor reserves the right to exclude certain products, services, or transactions from eligibility.

If Sponsor elects to offer donation-related bonus entries, details will be posted on the Sweepstakes page. Sponsor may offer (50) entrys for every $10 donated, or another stated ratio, if legally permitted and properly structured.

Important: Donations are voluntary and are not required to enter or win. A free alternate method of entry will always be available.

To enter without making any purchase, payment, donation, or subscription, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words “Rally 64 Sweepstakes Entry” on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [11/24/26] and received by [12/15/26] to be eligible. Each mail-in envelope may contain only one entry. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or bulk-submitted entries are void.

Sponsor may offer an optional paid supporter subscription through Meta/Facebook/Instagram or other platforms for fans who want access to exclusive content, behind-the-scenes updates, subscriber-only posts, discounts, early product access, or community perks.

Important:
Purchasing or maintaining a paid supporter subscription is not required to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

If Sponsor elects to provide promotional bonus entries connected to a supporter program, those bonus entries will be clearly disclosed on the Sweepstakes page and a free alternate method of entry with equal odds will remain available at all times as required by these Official Rules and applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, uses automated means to enter, submits false information, attempts to exceed entry limits, or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may void entries generated by script, macro, bot, AI-assisted automation, or other improper means.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Rally 64 Volkswagen Beetle as described on the Sweepstakes page (“Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $15,000]

Prize details may include:

• 1964 Volkswagen Beetle “Rally 64”
• As-built project vehicle / promotional vehicle
• Vehicle title and transfer documentation as determined by Sponsor
• Additional accessories, merch, or sponsor items only if specifically listed on the Sweepstakes page

The Prize is awarded as is, without any warranties except as may be required by law. Sponsor makes no guarantees regarding future condition, emissions compliance, registration eligibility in every state, insurability, maintenance, or roadworthiness beyond what is expressly disclosed.

Winner is solely responsible for:

• title transfer fees
• registration
• insurance
• pickup, transportation, shipping, or delivery costs unless Sponsor states otherwise
• federal, state, and local taxes
• any other costs associated with accepting or using the Prize

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Sponsor may also award a separate Volkswagen Build Scholarship / Build Assistance Award to a selected recipient. This award is separate from the Grand Prize sweepstakes drawing and may be governed by separate eligibility, nomination, judging, or selection criteria posted by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to publish separate terms for the scholarship/build assistance program.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about 12/24/26.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry, including by email, phone, social media direct message, and/or other reasonable means. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, IRS tax forms, and any other required documents within the timeframe specified by Sponsor.

If a potential winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• fails to respond within the required timeframe,
• fails eligibility verification,
• declines the Prize, or
• fails to complete required documents,

Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, voice, photographs, social handles, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, promotional partners, and each of their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, participants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, human error, platform issues, force majeure, legal concerns, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve disputes regarding the Sweepstakes.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other required tax documentation for the fair market value of the Prize.

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the appropriate state or federal court located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at [drivenvw.com] and will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and related promotional communications as disclosed on the entry form.
