Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.All DrivenVW products are custom made to order unless unless we have some  “In Stock” .Because many of our products are individually produced, finished, or customized for each customer, production and shipping times may vary. 

At DrivenVW, we believe quality should never be rushed.

Every Shift Mount Cup Holder we sell is designed specifically for classic Volkswagen enthusiasts who appreciate products that fit right, look great, and are built to last. Unlike mass-produced accessories, our cup holders are manufactured in small batches with attention to detail, ensuring every customer receives a product we're proud to put our name on.

Because of this, our production process is different than what you might expect from large online retailers.

Our standard production time is 7–14 business days before your order ships. During periods of high demand, product launches, sales events, or when certain materials or colors are temporarily unavailable, production may take a little longer. Sometimes weeks.

Since every order is produced in small batches, custom colors, specialty finishes, and limited-edition products may require additional time before they are ready to ship.

Several factors can affect production time, including:

• High order volume during promotions and new product releases
• Custom colors or specialty powder-coated finishes
• Material availability from suppliers
• Manufacturing and quality control processes
• Small-batch production to ensure consistency
• Packaging and final inspection before shipping

Rather than rushing products out the door, we take the time to inspect every cup holder before it leaves our shop.

You may receive a shipping notification and tracking number before your package begins moving through the carrier's network.

This simply means your order has entered our shipping process and a label has been created while we complete production, perform final quality inspections, and prepare your package for pickup. Tracking updates will begin once the shipping carrier receives your order.

Tracking information may be generated before your order has completed production. Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the package has been picked up by the carrier.

Once your order has completed production and is packaged, it will be transferred to the shipping carrier.
