Production & Shipping Times

Most custom orders, including our exclusive classic VW cup holder and shifter-mount cup holder, require approximately 7–14+ business days before shipment. During busy periods such as sales, holidays, and events, or periods of high order volume, production times may extend. We appreciate your patience as we are a small business dedicated to producing specialty Volkswagen accessories for the community, ensuring that every order is crafted to perfection.

Orders Are Non-Refundable

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your product, which may include custom Volkswagen accessories, is specifically manufactured for your order, and you agree to our production timeline and no-refund policy.

International Orders

If you are located outside the United States, you may receive a separate invoice for additional international shipping charges, tariffs, duties, customs fees, or other applicable charges. These costs are not necessarily included in the original purchase price on our website. The customer is responsible for all relevant international shipping costs, tariffs, duties, taxes, customs charges, and associated fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier, DrivenVW is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit. Customers should verify that their shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting an order for their custom Volkswagen accessories.

- Custom orders may take 7–14+ business days or longer to ship.

- Once production begins, custom orders are non-refundable.

- International customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs, tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs charges.

- Delays, loss, theft, or misdelivery by the shipping carrier are beyond DrivenVW's control.
